Performer Handbook. Everything you need to run a gig
LiveQue lets your audience request songs and tip you, right from their phones, by scanning a QR code. Set it up once (about 5 minutes), then it runs itself.
Add your songs. On the Setup tab, under Song Library, pick whichever is easiest:
Import from Spotify: paste a playlist or album link, tick the songs, add.
Add Songs by Artist: search any artist and pull in their tracks.
Paste a list: dump your set list, one per line (Title - Artist), and add 30+ at once. A .csv works too.
Add manually: one song at a time.
Get paid: on Setup, under Get Paid with LiveQue, tap "Connect Stripe to get paid" and finish the short setup (~2 min). Until you do, fans can request songs for free but they can't tip you in the app. Tips go straight to your bank and LiveQue takes no cut.
Optional: add a Cash App $cashtag under Payment Settings. Money sent that way goes straight to you but happens outside LiveQue, so it will not move a song up your queue.
Set your tip amounts under Tip Options (e.g. $2, $5, $10).
Get your QR code from the Card tab. Screenshot it, print it, put it on your tables or stand.
2Run your gig
Tap Start New Gig at the top of each show. It clears the queue for a fresh night.
The Live tab is your command center. Requests roll in, and paid tips jump to the top with the dollar amount shown.
When a tip lands you'll see a gold confetti burst. It's silent, so it won't interrupt your set.
Tap Play when you start a song and Done when you finish it. Quick Add drops your own songs into the queue.
3What your fans do
Nothing to explain to them. They scan your QR code, your page opens, and they either:
Request a song for free, or
Request + tip to bump it up the queue, using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a card.
After tipping they get a little confetti and a quick "rate the show" prompt. No app to download.
4After the gig
Tap End Gig on the Live tab and LiveQue emails you a recap: tips collected, songs played, requests, set length, the crowd favorite, and your ratings. Forget to tap it? It sends itself once the gig goes quiet.
Your star ratings and fan notes appear under Audience Ratings on Setup.
Your Gigs shows the numbers from every gig you've played.

6If something goes wrong
Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot your password?", enter your email, and we'll send a reset link. Open it, pick a new password, and you're back in. (Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.)
Fans can't tip by card? Your Stripe isn't connected yet. See step 1.
A tipped song didn't appear? Make sure you've tapped Start New Gig so there's an active session.
Anything else: tap Send feedback on your dashboard. It goes straight to Isaac & Glen.
