Effective 20 July 2026

LiveQue is run by Glen Irvin and Isaac Irvin. This page explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it. We have tried to write it in plain language and to keep it accurate rather than impressive. We do not sell your data. We have never sold your data and we have no plans to.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.

Where it is stored

Our hosting, database, and payment providers operate in the United States, so your information is stored and processed there.

How long we keep it

Account and song data is kept while your account is open. Request and tip records are kept as long as we need them for your gig history and for tax and accounting records. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal data, except anything we are required to keep for financial records.

Your choices

Email getliveque@gmail.com and we will action it. We are two people, so allow us a few days.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no agreed industry standard for responding to it, and LiveQue does not respond to Do Not Track signals. We also do not allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your activity across other websites through our service.

Cookies

We use only what is needed to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics that profile you across the web.

Children

LiveQue is not intended for children. You must be at least 18 to create a performer account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If the change is significant, we will also email performers. Please check back from time to time.
